I believe only a few people do not know the Mahābhārata, as it is one of the greatest epics in human history. At first, I just made a set of illustrations inspired by the characters from this epic in 2012 and posted them on Blogspot. It surprisingly received a good response, and many people started to enquire about the compiling work, such as a book.

 Once I decided to write the Mahābhārata Zayplay Edition, I split the story into three volumes and made more than 80 additional illustrations which have never been published anywhere before. It contains brief stories from the Itihās (Rāmāyana & Mahābhārata), Purānas, Kathā, Kāvya and other related literature. So it is pretty different from the canon Mahābhārata, which is too long, and I intend to narrate it in a descriptive manner without any dialogue in order to make it short. But the circumstances became uneasy, as I had a lot of other work to do, so it has not been completed until now.
